Exposing the effort to control behavior of both individuals and populations, Dr. Malone will describe the weaponization of this existential fear and the series of tactical steps used to deploy it. Psychological Bioterrorism is an inexpensive method for exerting global influence. From the perspective of consequences and harm, it can be more damaging than an actual bioterror event.
The recently promoted fear of a bird flu strain is but one example of such a “Disease X,” of which the WHO has been warning according to Dr. Malone.
Fear of infectious disease, fear of overpopulation, fear of climate crisis, and the generalized free-floating fear produced by a constant barrage of crisis narratives has become the new normal.

ABOUT OUR SPEAKER:
Dr. Malone is an internationally recognized scientist/physician and the original inventor of mRNA vaccination as a technology, DNA vaccination, and multiple non-viral DNA and RNA/mRNA platform delivery technologies. He holds numerous fundamental domestic and foreign patents in the fields of gene delivery, delivery formulations, and vaccines: including for fundamental DNA and RNA/mRNA vaccine technologies.
He has approximately 100 scientific publications with over 14,000 citations of his work. He has been an invited speaker at over 50 conferences, has chaired numerous conferences and has sat on or served as chairperson on HHS and DoD committees. He currently sits as a non-voting member on the NIH ACTIV committee, which is tasked with managing clinical research for a variety of drug and antibody treatments for COVID-19.
He lives with his wife and partner of 45 years, Jill Glasspool Malone, PhD, on a horse farm in Virginia. They look forward to the upcoming publication of their book, “PsyWar: Enforcing the New World Order”.
