Kenny Xu is the President of the race-blind advocacy group Color Us United and the leader in the successful fight to overturn the race-based admissions policies at Harvard University and all over the country. He is the author of two books: School of Woke and An Inconvenient Minority.
Color Us United is the leading organization that advocates for a race-blind, merit-based society. When DEI policies potentially harm employees and cultures of excellence, Color Us United comes to the rescue . In 2021, Color Us United executed a nationwide campaign to raise awareness of The Salvation Army’s Critical Race Theory objectives. Under major donor and internal pressure, the National Commander of The Salvation Army, Commissioner Hodder retracted their CRT-inspired “Let’s Talk About Racism” in December 2021. Kenny’s personal advocacy started movements all over the United States for colorblind, meritocratic policies.
Kenny is a seasoned public speaker who has spoken in front of corporate, activist, and educational crowds worldwide. He has delivered presentations on DEI and meritocracy at Bank of America, Discover Financial, Yext, the Road to Majority Conference, and associated educational groups all over America. He has spoken on CNN, Fox News, and NPR, and has written op-eds for The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, The Spectator, The Daily Mail, and Newsweek.
